TXU0304: Can you help to check the schematic design of the TXU0304?

1.Can you help to check the schematic design of the TXU0304 that implement SPI level transition?

2.VCCA=3.3V VCCB=1.8V MCU_spi of VCCA domian is master, spi of VCCB domain is slave, OE connect to VCCB=1.8V, is it OK?
