TCAN1145-Q1: TCAN1145 can not read register value

After powering on, the instruction to read the 0x10 register is directly sent. The first byte of the waveform returned by TCAN1145 is 0xE0 (50h register), and the second byte (register value)is always 0. This is also true when trying to read other registers. SPI set CPOL 0，CPHA 0，Speed less than 4M.Please help explain why the value of the register cannot be read. Thanks
