TS不需要接热敏电阻，只需要MCU控制芯片的开启和关闭，TS一边接MCU的IO，一边10K电阻对地是否可行

您好，If the TS pin is open – this is Cold Temp fault condition and Charge will be suspended. In suspend charge will stop, but timer is not reset.
But pulling TS low with GPIO will stop charge and reset device.
