DRV10983: DRV10983 驱动电机无法达到目标转速

Part Number:DRV10983

马达参数如下:

寄存器设置如下:

0x20~0x2B:{0x5E ,0x0C ,0x3A ,0x00 ,0x00 ,0xD1 ,0xA3 ,0x90 ,0x0E ,0x48 ,0x00 ,0x0C}

目标转速180hz/s

调试过程中发现当马达速度加速到一定速度后,通过IIC命令继续增加速度,马达速度无法继续增加,反而会报错停止转动。

如下是从120hz加速到出现过程中获取到的寄存器状态,转速超过144就开始异常了。

搞了好久了,请帮忙分析一下,多谢!!

根据电机的datasheet,相位到中心抽头电阻为2.25欧,BEMF 常数 Kt 为6.28mV/Hz。 您给出的设置中,R 和 KT 分别为4.33欧和11 mV/Hz。 您能否将其更改为2.25欧和6.28mV/Hz? 此外请参考以下链接的app note,试着在更高速度下调整lead time?

1.马达是星型链接,电阻值也要除以2吗?

2.10800/(60/6) = 1080//目标转速10800 r/min;6=12 pole/2

kt = 12V/1080 = 11.1 mv/hz

不是很清楚6.28是怎么计算的?能说一下吗?

对于 KT 计算,假设当电机以10800rpm 转速旋转时 BEMF 电压为12V。 您给出的数据表中没有提到在最大速度下生成的 BEMF 电压为12V。 12V 是可施加到电机相位的最大电压。 工程师的计算是基于以下 E2E FAQ中的公式-将 mNm/A 转换为 mV/Hz:
