The indicator light of the single chip microcomputer is not bright after it is plugged in, but the indicator light of the single chip microcomputer power supply will be bright after it is removed. There is no problem with the microcontroller. So there's a problem with the bottom plate.

Can you test your system refer to the following steps:
1. Use the multimeter to measure the voltage on VCC of MSP432 launchpad.
2. Plug the Launchpad with the bottom board, measure the voltage on VCC again.
3. If the voltage is Error, check the power supply. Or you can install the Battery.
