[TDA4VM]When startup with ospi mode, call TimerP_getTimeInUsecs() function will error.

【Env】

SDK Version : 8.2

Chip model: TDA4VM

lds file as below.

【Detail】

When I startup my app with ospi mode,

After I call TimerP_getTimeInUsecs() function,

there is an error occured "ERROR: GTC_CNTFID0 IS 0!  Assuming 200000000 Hz. Fix Bootloader".

This is only happend in MCU2, not happened in MCU1.

Please tell me how to fix this problem.
