CC2640R2F: How to use external USB to UART bridge (Silicon Labs CP210x) to upgrade FW.

Hi 

I'm trying to use UART to upgrade the FW of CC2640R2F on LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2 EVB.

The tool is using sblAppExd.exe and I've done to erase the flash by "Flash Programmer tool" to let MCU into ROM bootloader mode. 

It was successful to upgrade FW through XDS110 UART port on EVB.

However, it can't to upgrade (or detect) through external USB to UART bridge (Silicon Labs CP210x)

PS: I've removed the TX/RX jumper on EVB.
