CC2640R2F: 使用自己做的板子，SDK版本1_40_00_45,使用bim_oad_offchip和simple_peripheral_oad_offchip。跳转不到simple_peripheral_oad_offchip，可能是什么原因呢？

bim_oad_offchip肯定是正常的。simple_peripheral_oad_offchip没做改动，直接build.下载后跳转，但是simple_peripheral_oad_offchip没跑起来。搜不到simple_peripheral.
