TDA4VM: SDL_POK_VMON_EXT_OV_ID test fails

Hello, When I ran sdl_pok_test_app to the 13th POK (POK_VMON_EXT_OV) ,it couldn't get error report from ESM, and I found several "errors" in the source code, but still couldn't get it after modifying it.  

The POK_VMON_EXT_OV bit of the CTRLMMR_WKUP_MAIN_PRG_STAT register is always '1'.

While it may not help with your setup, can confirm that SDL 1.0 on the J721EVM running SDK 8.2 SBL, the POK tests function as expected.

./sdl/binary/pok_test_app/bin/j721e/pok_test_app_r5f_baremetal_release.appimage:

./sdl/binary/pok_app/bin/j721e/pok_app_r5f_baremetal_release.appimage

Are you running on custom board or J721E EVM?

    I am running ./sdl/binary/sdl_pok_test_app/bin/j721e/sdl_pok_test_app_r5f_debug.appimage, and the 13th POK (SDL_POK_VMON_EXT_OV_ID)  test fails.

    My board is J721E_EVM and SDK version is "08_02_00_05" .
