CC1310: 自己根据cc1310launchpad原理图自己画了一个板子，使用ccs通过launchpad跳线TMS TCK 3.3V GND R 无法下载程序

自己画的板子如图：，通过将launchpad的下载接口（P4对应的跳线帽拿掉）接到自己板子上接了5个接口，分别为TMS-TMS R-nRESET TCK-TCK 3V3-V3.3 GND-GND。如图：

下载时提示错误：Cortex_M3_0: Error: (Error -1170 @ 0x0) Unable to access the DAP. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.6.0.00172)Cortex_M3_0: Trouble Halting Target CPU: (Error -2064 @ 0x0) Unable to read device status. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.6.0.00172)
