TS3A24159: can this part used as one slave two master Switch？

Hi TI experts,

Like the block below, Is it applicable to used as I2C(Fast mode) Switch with two masters and one slave?

If the TS3A24159 is not suitable, please recommend possible items.

并且TS3A24159的带宽为23Mhz，用于I2C快速模式的话，带宽是够用的。
