BQ4050 三元锂电芯电压达到3.9V但是SOC为0%

我们有一个用BQ4050的产品,在客户测试,发现SOC为0%但是电压已经达到3.9V,暂时还没有数据反馈。

我们推测会不会是充电电流没有达到阈值,导致SOC没有计算?这个想请问一下BQ4050是否有这种机制,或者说有没有类似案例是什么原因造成的? 还望大家帮忙解答一下,谢谢。

客户返回了一个通讯截图和gg文件,从通讯截图来看,3.9V显示22%。gg文件我不知道怎么上传附件, 请查看上一个回复我粘贴过来的信息。

如果是复位按照gg文件里的voltage DOD表更新,应该是在70%到80%之间才对。因为是三元锂电池,如果真的是复位了,根据电压更新应该不太可能有这么大的误差吧?

是否还有其他可能性?烦请帮忙解答一下,谢谢。

我们的产品上4个led是由bq4050控制的,现在只亮两个。然后上一个回复里的txt是客户log的数据,可以看到SOC为55%但是cell电压为4078mV。

我们了解到客户在使用过程中可能不会充满和放空,这样的话我们怀疑这个SOC误差是否是因为没有满充满放造成?

另外现在客户的这种情况,是否能通过某种途径(除了复位以外)来让电池通过gg file里的DOD电压表更新一下SOC? 

请帮忙解答一下,谢谢。

您好,如果怀疑SOC误差是否是因为没有满充满放造成,建议您实际验证一下。
您可以看一下参数的DOD表,Voltage 50% DOD的电压对应的多少。如果误差很大,可能和CEDV Profile 1的参数有关。
