TPSM5D1806: Is the DCDC work current(0.1A) correct without load?

I use the TPSM5D1806 to generate 5V and 3.3V output voltage, with the mode pin work at 2000kHz.The input are both 12V.There is no load connected to the TPSM5D1806 output,but the power supply current is 0.1A. Is this TPSM5D1806 work correctly?

    你的意思是空载电流达到100mA, 按照datasheet规格应该是4mA ,明显严重偏大。

    请问你们做了多少？ 这种不良多少？ 有没有更换芯片确认是芯片问题？（从电路看，除了不建议将频率设置到最高2MHz，其他看起来没有问题。）

    另外你可以测试一下关机电流，即EN=0V，  看输入电流是否严重超过270uA， 如果是的话，很可能就是芯片问题。
