TPS2663: TPS26631PWPR easily damaged on SMT

when i use tps26631pwpr&tps16630pwpr in my design,when  i make some SMT,i find some chip can not work，It turns out that these chips are easily damaged，Which temperature profile should I follow for SMT？，Maybe I'm using a wrong curve  to make SMT,thanks!

     TI芯片官网没有其温度曲线，仅仅有MSL 等级/回流焊峰值温度级别。

     我印象中是最高245℃ 10s，  能否将你们的温度曲线放上来看一下。
