TMS320F28379D: 程序烧录问题

       我将C2000ware中的SDFM程序烧录到28379D时报错:

       C28xx_CPU1: Trouble Reading Register PC: (Error -1156 @ 0x0) Device may be operating in low-power mode. Do you want to bring it out of this mode? Choose 'Yes' to force the device to wake up and retry the operation. Choose 'No' to retry the operation without waking the device. (Emulation package 9.3.0.00042)

        仿真器应该是没问题的，test connection通过；

        jtag 的5引脚是3.3V电平；

        XCLKOUT 引脚是2V，50M的波形；

        请问为什么烧录程序会报错？

你好，你的板子有测试烧写成功过吗，还是第一次测试？是TI开发板还是自己设计的板子？

JTAG的5脚3.3V电平应该是正常的，但是XCLKOUT不应该是2V，这个电压偏低。

这个可能是我供电电源的问题，我换了电源就可以烧录了。
