After building project with CCS，i click Debug and it will appear.
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).

造成这个报错的原因有很多啊，主要是硬件上的问题，比如电源稳定性、晶振稳定性、电源上电顺序、复位引脚是否有持续的复位信号等等。。。这些你都可以检查并判断一下问题。
