when enable the TPS53647, the VR_FAULT is pulled low, read the STATUS_BYTE value is 0x45, read the READ_TEMPERATURE_1 value is 0xE8B4, OTP should not occur，but STATUS_TEMPERATURE val is 0xC0, how does this hapen, and what should i check for more information?
check STATUS_WORD, val is 0x1845 , and check STATUS_MFR_SPECIFIC, val is 0x80, but i am not sure the Power State Fault mean , is it mean the OTP , or any other fault?
The schematic diagram is the same as section 8 of the data manual, TPS53647 connect with four csd96372bq5mc

芯片温度不高， 读出的 READ_TEMPERATURE_1 值 0xE8B4 计算的温度也才22度， 怎么只要使能就会出现过温保护呢？

是的， 1. 芯片温度不高 并且读取READ_TEMPERATURE_1 换算得到的温度也才23度左右 2. OT_FAULT_LIMIT 换算的温度为125度 可是就是使能就会出现过温保护？这是因为什么？
