TI中文支持网有的芯片我们希望选用有通过AEC-Q100认证的。目前有的芯片，名称上带后缀“-Q1”，但Datasheet中没有“AEC-Q100”字样，TI 是否有这样一份“声明文件”能提供，说明车规级芯片名称上有后缀名“-Q1”即达到AEC-Q100。
最好是PDF格式的文件。

Though we are informed that the IC named with subfix“-Q1” equals to "AEC-Q100 qulified", even no “AEC-Q100” literaly in datasheet. Could your side provied an statement document to declare that " a subfix '-Q1' symbolizes a IC(or a component) is AEC-Q100 complianced. The file in *.pdf format is preferred.
Right now my targer IC is TAS5760MQ1, the description I find is below:

谢谢你的答复。我在此文件中确实看到“CDM”和“HBM”项是参考“AEC-Q100-011/002”测试的，不过在Datasheet中，第5页提及到这一项，是写的“per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001” 和“per JEDEC specification JESD22-C101”。有没有什么文件表示这个JEDEC的要求和AEC 是等效互换的？
