TMP117量产时间

1. 我需要精度为 ±0.1°C 的数字温度传感器，我看只有TMP117符合，请问这颗物料大约什么时间能量产？

2. TMP117的精度为±0.2°C，能否通过校准保证在±0.1°C内？

3. 我想做体温计，有其他传感器或TI芯片推荐吗？
