IWR1642 data draw IQ constellation

I measured an object using IWR1642 and got a set of echo data (I-Q). I consulted the literature to understand that the constellation diagram can be drawn based on the IQ data received, and the diagram is approximately circular (as shown in the figure below). What data should I use to draw this graph, is it the IQ data in each chirp signal received? If not, let me know.
