TPS65130没有负电压输出

首先焊接应该没有问题的,万用表测量电容C51两端是导通的,D5两端也是导通的,上电芯片不发烫,第一次焊接只有正电压,没有负电压,第二次焊接正电压4.6V左右(不正常),负电压依然没有。

Hi  如果D5没有击穿的话,看一下C49有没有连锡或者击穿短路?或者错用成0欧母电阻之类?

D5,C49拆下来测试,PCB板D5两端还是连通的。这是什么原因呢?

今天又焊了几块板,结果都是没上电前D5,C49没有导通的,一上电,电压飙升到20V,然后,D4,C49就导通了,估计是芯片内部导通了,请TI的工程师解惑,郁闷了一个星期了。

})('v_9ae33b8f4629484793aac06767c66901');更换6.8uh的电感,正负电压可以出来,但是,正电压有4V的波动,负电压好像不受控制那样,从-30V到-10V之间有规律的变动。

用示波器抓一下波形,VREF引脚电压有尖脉冲,然后果断加大C51电容(2.2uf),结果又烧了一片tps65130

重新布线,投板,回来再次焊接,焊上去正负电压正常了,但是正负电压纹波有点大,用万用表测量有1v的波动,这如何是好。

用示波器抓一下波形,正负电源都有20Hz到60Hz的频率波动,正电源波动900mv左右,负电源波动500mv左单击此处播放此视频

Hi说明之前的PCB设计可能是有问题的,对于纹波大,首先要确认输出电容,其次也与layout关系比较大。 这个芯片有EVM板的,建议你参照EVM板做。

50Hz的波纹,频率相对较低,是不是芯片突然不工作,或者芯片来回在DCM和DCR之间切换引起的
