UCC27523 power dissipation

One question with thermal resistance of UCC27523 (DSD).

It is mark as below, Rjc is 9.5 C/W; I seems too high resistance, while similar component usually about 2 or 3 C/W.

Could you help detailed check for this parameter is there some mis?
