没有找到0V充电的资料，如果有这个功能我们TRM应该会有说明。precharge的设置如下：
The PCHG FET can be enabled through an SBS Command for testing of the feature as described in section 14 of the bq40z50 Technical Reference Manual (TRM). The control of the PCHG FET should be set up by using section 4.9 and 15.2.1.1 (PCHG_COMM) and 15.2.4.5 (PCHGV) and 15.4.7 (PCHG) and 15.9.24 (PCHGC). These registers allow you to configure the thresholds, delays, and recovery thresholds.
