不是同一个，BAT OVP是充电过压保护。
SYS OVP : The charger device clamps the system voltage during load transient so that the components connect to system would not be damaged due to high voltage. When SYSOVP is detected, the converter stops immediately to clamp the overshoot, but the switching will resume immediately once SYSOVP condition is removed. The SYSOVP thresholds are fixed internally and can't be changed by user. The SYSOVP trigger threshold and recovery threshold are both higher than VBAT.
