求助，win7 64位，安装Bq20Z45R1，连接EV2400，硬件属性里显示为USB输入设备，可以通过update更新为V0.28。但进软件报错，连接不上电池。换了台win7 32位和windows XP，现象一样，软件左下角显示communication error。右侧显示no usb：vb_no_usb。

The first step would be to make the EV2400 show up in device manager. The EV2400 uses inbuilt Windows drivers. No additional software is required to be installed for the EV2400 to show up in device manager.
Problem source and possible solutions
1. EV2400 hardware – Since you mention that you upgraded the firmware, can we assume that the EV2400 was working correctly at one point in time? In that case, we can eliminate EV2400 hardware as the cause, though there is a small possibility that the hardware was damaged after the FW update.
2. EV2400 Firmware – The upgrade may not have succeeded or left the EV2400 in a weird state. Please re-run the update and try again.
3. Windows or PC hardware – Please reboot Windows, disconnect any other USB devices and retry. Avoid use of a USB hub and connect directly to PC ports.

使用BQSTUDIO可以连接，但BQSTUDIO不支持BQ20Z40。

BQ20Z40是比较老的芯片，使用BQEVSW，但是官网已经不提供EVSW了

请问一下，我是不是少装了什么？用bqstudio可以正常连接，但bqstudio不支持bq20z40芯片。同样的计算机和系统bqevsw始终连接不上，提示no usb ，communication error
