请问有ADS1247的内部测温设置步骤吗？现在安装规格书设置出来的ADC值好像不是很正确，稍后补充具体设置~

我在规格书上看到 “On-chip diodes provide temperature-sensing capability. When selecting the temperature monitor function, the anodes of two diodes are connected to the ADC. Typically, the difference in diode voltage is 118 mV at TA = 25°C with a temperature coefficient of 405 μV/°C.”

请问这个“118mV” 和电压的变化 具体是怎么测量？
