TI中文支持网如图所示，有5块片子，
但是，实物上只有 4块，中间一块没有焊接。
按照1Gbit一个片子的容量，4块正好是512MB。
为何介绍的图纸和实物不一致？

EVM板上只有四块.
While the EVM was designed to support the use of an ECC memory, it was not included in the assembly of the board. This is reflected in the schematic and the bom for the board. In addition to reducing the cost of the board, the ECC wasn't required by the software release supported by the EVM.
