PSPICE failed to open document

First of all, I did my simulation by PSPICE successfully, then I import a 3-port TVS model and continue the new simulation. However, When I click the "Run the SPICE", The PSPICE warned me that

I chose the second choice but nothing happened, but the PSPICE was stuck. So I restarted my PC, But I couldn't open my project anymore.

The PSPICE would show" Failed to open document"

How could I save my project?
