BQ76930: CC_CFG register may disappear to zero when our product runs

we use bq76930 to design BMS. CC_CFG register will be set 0x19 (according reference manual)when device init. BMS wroks fine and current is right.

but we found some consumers' complaints,the current is wrong even no discharge loop.

we eventually find CC_CFG register value disappear .it was zero.

other registers like OV_TRIP UV_TRIP are right. bq76930 didnt't reset.

we want to know how this situation happens and how to avoid it.
