我使用的开发环境是Code Composer Studio12.4.0.00007+mcu_plus_sdk_am273x_08_05_00_24，demo使用的是enet_cpsw_udpserver例程，将其中的phy驱动替换为dp83tc812的驱动，开发板使用的是TIDA020047开发板，板子udp server设置的ip是192.168.1.22，网关是192.168.1.1，子网掩码255.255.255.0，pc的ip是192.168.1.11，网关掩码与板子一致
