Please provide customer details – what is your company and what is the end equipment/application? Please also provide timing details – o'scope capture of the CLKx and INx lines would be appropriate along with schematic details on how the system clock (pin 16) relates to the modulator clocks (pins 3, 5, 7 and 9).
