SN74LVC1G11: SN74LVC1G11DCKR X-RAY

I need your help .Kindly please check if SN74LVC1G11DCKR  with different wafer have different layout via x-ray?  we bought SN74LVC1G11DCKR from 世平兴业股份有限公司 (WORLD PEACE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD.) and we found the inner layout is different with the parts we bought before. Their explaination is because of different water. So, please check if it is normal?
