Vmini over 9311’s kitl not show

I use BSP BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_01_02_00_Source.exe, AM3517 with 9311.

Now kitl can work. I need to connect network too, but the Vmini over this kitl cannot load.

I checked that the vmini's reg/bib is included.

can anyone help me why?
