按照手册上的读取0x41c40000 不同的芯片读到的UID却是一样的

Looking the DEVICEID register, all MSPM0L1306 will have same REV, PARTNUM and MANUFACTURER.  The only field that will change over time is if there is a silicon spin from say revA to revB.  Otherwise, all other fields will be the same from part to part.
