TI中文支持网wifi参数的测试认证，只能通过radiotool吗，有没有AT指令方式去进入tx rx模式

根据文档，我烧录了Service Pack sp_4.6.0.1_3.1.0.5_3.1.0.25.bin和radiotool_CC32xxSF_LAUNCHXL_freertos_ccs. bin
但是radiotool连接开发板后还是提示This means the device may not have been flashed with the proper FW or application （if using 3220），and thus radio testings may not function properly等，让我检查是否烧录了正确的FW和应用程序，那我烧的这两个不对吗
